I stopped cold turkey over the weekend and it’s beginning to hit me right now. My fiance says I probably will not do it however I am so focused about this I will. recently I started experianceing painful sensations in my tummy and I genuinely need a drag. I cannot give in because I am doing all of this for our young ones. I’m grateful to have the smokeless cigarette. It’s been extremely helpful to me.

I have found quitting tobacco is actually harder than you can imagine. I started tobacco use when I was a kid. It absolutely was the hugest mistake of my life. Today 20 years later and I have emphysema. I tested each of the stopping methods but none did the trick. My last hope is definitely the electronic cigarette in the end.
